The Contract has four overarching components to deliver the TA outputs stated above: i) undertake comprehensive needs assessment in each theme through inclusive stakeholder consultations, and based on work conducted in previous two phases (2006-2020) of the GMS Core Environment Program11; ii) conduct demonstrations to test new initiatives in themes of interest under the guidance of and in close cooperation with WGE focal points and coordinators of various GMS governments; iii) prepare targeted knowledge products for publication and dissemination to stakeholders; and iv) undertake training of identified stakeholders on the practices researched and tested under the Contract. The Consultant shall be responsible for the delivery of all above stated components, including any related input activities necessary to deliver the outputs. The government and other individual Consultants engaged under the TA shall assist where feasible, nonetheless ultimate responsibility rests with the Consultant
