Vietnam Hazard Managing Project, WB funded project with total project budget of 112 Mil. USD/Package: Development & Implementing Monitoring and Evaluation System
This is a World Bank funded project with a total budget of 112 Mil. USD, including 5 components: Component 1: Strengthening Disaster Risk Management (“DRM”) Institutions, Information Systems and Planning; Component 2: Strengthening weather forecast and early warning system; Component 3: Community-based DRM (CBDRM); Component 4: Priority Disaster Risk Mitigation Investments; and Component 5: Project Management, Monitoring and Evaluation. The main objective of this package is to implement the M&E system as designed under package C5-3. This M&E system is expected to include the M&E framework, including monitoring, updating indices of the project, and evaluating implementation process, including semi-annual reports, mid-term reports, and indices for Project Completion Report (PCR), as designed and documented under package C5-3.
The consultant package “Development & Implementing Monitoring and Evaluation System” was delivered by the Consortium of TSCPL (India) and VSDI (Vietnam) with a cost of 360,000 USD, performed from 2015-2018.
