The objective of the project is to: (1) Ensure drainage initiative for 2400 ha of natural land in the Northern Hoai Duc district, where rice growing area is 1600 ha and vegetables growing area is 37 ha, non-arable land is 763 ha,  plus also support drainage Nhue when necessary; (2) Water drainage active for about 80 ha of land in the Southern urban area of Hoai Duc district; and (3) Anti-flooding, ensure stable people’s lives, improve the ecological environment.
