Pham Thi Ha, is an experienced procurement expert of VSDI. She received engineering degree from Hanoi University of Science and Technology since 2011.

Pham Thi Ha has participated in multi-sectoral projects of the Company from searching up potential projects, bidding steps till the final report submissions. With over 2 years working experienced in this position, she has well managed and supervised the company’s projects under professional system. She is able to handle over any problem arising during the project management. Currently, she keens on the connection system with over 100 technical experts at both national and global levels. Pham Thi Ha owned various core skills for a procurement and project manager such as technical report preparation, firm-partners cooperation, clarification and evaluation of the expert’s capacity and professional appropriateness. She is one of the key human resources of VSDI since Sep. 2015”
