The projectincludes 5 components: Component 1: StrengtheningDisasterRisk Management (“DRM”) Institutions, Information Systems and Planning; Component 2: Strengtheningweatherforecast and early warning system; Component 3: Community-based DRM (CBDRM); Component 4: PriorityDisasterRisk Mitigation Investments; and Component 5: Project Management, Monitoring and Evaluation. The main objective of this package is to implement the M&E system as designed under package C5-3. This M&E system is expected to include the M&E framework, including monitoring, updating indices of the project, and evaluating implementation process, including semi-annual reports, mid-term reports, and indices for Project Completion Report (PCR), as designed and documentedunder package C5-3.
